Job Overview :
We are seeking a Compliance Operations Analyst to support and manage key compliance operational activities, including vendor management, HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement, case management, third-party due diligence, monitoring processes, and risk assessment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while streamlining compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance operations, system administration, and risk monitoring within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, or legal.
Key Responsibilities :
HCP Engagement System Administration
Manage compliance reconciliation and generate reports for aggregate spend and analytics.
Act as an SME, advising teams and conducting training.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and business teams for proper engagement and screening.
Perform FMV calculations and exclusion / debarment checks.
Address and resolve system or user issues related to HCP processes.
Risk Assessment & Compliance Monitoring
Assist in risk assessments and monitoring plans, including HCP expense reviews and compliance checks.
Administer compliance monitoring tools, triage alerts, and escalate risks.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and escalate concerns as needed.
Case Management System Administration
Oversee compliance case intake to resolution, ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct quality checks, assist reporters, and ensure timely resolution.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports.
Compliance Program Support
Support policy management, certifications, and third-party due diligence.
Administer compliance systems and track regulatory updates.
Serve as a contact for audits, providing necessary reports and documentation.
Maintain accurate training and compliance records.
Vendor Due Diligence & Screening
Manage vendor screening tools and ensure ongoing monitoring.
Work with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR on compliance assessments.
Oversee employee screening, escalate flagged cases, and log documentation.
Qualifications & Skills :
3–5 years of experience in compliance operations, risk management, or legal / regulatory affairs.
Prior experience in a corporate compliance, legal, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial, or regulatory role preferred.
Strong understanding of compliance monitoring tools, third-party due diligence, and regulatory frameworks.
Hands-on experience with compliance systems, risk assessments, vendor management, and case tracking tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, compliance reporting, and analytics.
Knowledge of Fair Market Value (FMV) calculations, exclusion checks, and vendor screening processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in HCP engagement, aggregate spend reporting, or global compliance programs.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FCPA, GDPR, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, HIPAA, or SOX.
Prior experience working with third-party compliance vendors or external auditors.
