Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst III to join our team. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating information technology systems operations to optimize performance and align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.



Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve IT system operations across the organization.
• Identify and document user needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the engineering/development teams.
• Troubleshoot and track system issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Analyze system capabilities and recommend enhancements or alternatives.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new systems or enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 10 years of experience in business/systems analysis or related IT roles.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with call center applications or desktop systems is a plus.
