Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire IT teams across Architecture, Solution Delivery, and IT Service Delivery to foster a high-performing, service-driven culture and achieve exceptional productivity.
- Design IT solutions from an architectural perspective, ensuring they are economically viable, commercially sound, and aligned with business objectives.
- Define and manage the IT architecture roadmap for a specific technology platform, ensuring alignment with overarching enterprise strategies and goals.
- Adhere to established architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all projects.
- Introduce financial discipline into architectural processes, ensuring that platform roadmaps align with the organization's financial constraints.
Role Overview:
As Platform HR Architect, you will lead platform and solution architecture efforts to continuously evolve the HR platform, supporting a global workforce. Your focus will be on developing an architectural framework that aligns with the broader HR Domain strategy. Collaborating with enterprise architects, business analysts, and project managers, you will shape architectural deliverables and implement governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security and HR standards.
This role involves leveraging a suite of global core HR and payroll systems deployed to streamline HR admin processes across multiple countries. The aim is to transform the associate experience while accounting for future structural changes in the workplace. You will work closely with global and local HR teams to shape technology solutions that support the organisation's goals.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in management roles within enterprise environments, with expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven track record in HR platform architectures, HCM solutions, and/or payroll systems.
- Experience in multi-site, multi-country organizations, particularly in retail, FMCG, CPG, or e-commerce sectors.
- Certifications such as TOGAF 2, TOGAF 9, Prince2 Foundation, or ITIL Foundation are appreciated but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Scrum, Agile Architecture, Archimate, and business case development for architectural solutions.
