Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce UX Designer to create user-centric, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning components and a solid understanding of Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Discovery: Gather and analyze user requirements, behaviors, and pain points to inform design strategy.
• UX Design & Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Salesforce applications that align with business goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation alignment.
• Salesforce Styling: Apply SLDS and branding guidelines to deliver a cohesive user experience across all Salesforce solutions.
• Documentation: Produce clear and detailed design documentation, user flows, and specs to guide development.
• Accessibility: Design inclusive and accessible experiences, complying with accessibility standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components, including flex cards, omniscripts, flows, and pagination
• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating Salesforce-related design work
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and customization best practices
