Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA/SDET with strong automation and API testing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services (DNA/Core banking systems) and be proficient in test planning, estimation, and execution. This role requires an independent and proactive professional who can ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation and manual testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, estimate, and execute test strategies for API and UI automation.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, test cases, and test artifacts.
- Perform API/Web Services testing with a strong focus on automation.
- Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and best testing practices.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve software quality.
- Work independently to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Senior-level QA/SDET with hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Expertise in API & UI test automation.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience working in scrum/agile environments.
- MUST HAVE: Prior financial services experience, specifically in DNA/Core banking systems.
