Responsibilities
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to the HRIS team in managing the company's Workday HCM platform.
- Assess incoming requests from HR, Finance, IT, and other departments, determine the necessary scope of work, and implement appropriate solutions within Workday HCM.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Develop and modify advanced reports, configure system settings, and manage data uploads using the appropriate methods (e.g., EIB).
- Utilize the Workday Community site to access resources, best practices, and system updates.
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday.
- Identify process inefficiencies or gaps in response to evolving business needs and recommend effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, OR
- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong commitment to handling confidential data with integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is a plus.
