Project Management Duties
Applicants must have the relevant experience with the following:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
4 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a product team
4 years of experience utilizing the Scrum framework
7 years of experience in designing and implementing project plans, including identifying needs, defining major tasks and milestones, and managing scope, resources, budget, and personnel
5 years of experience in enterprise-level program/project planning and management, with projects involving 10 team members or budgets exceeding $500,000

- Manage IT projects using a variety of methodologies, including traditional Waterfall and hybrid approaches, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Apply program management concepts to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.
