- Perform troubleshooting steps related to phones and associated cabling.
- Review and Assess MDF/IDF closets
- Terminate cabling to RJ45 jacks and patch panels
- Identify deficiencies and offer improvement recommendations
- Complete telephony deployments including unpacking and setup
- Tone cabling
- Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance, and reliable automobile for travel to offices throughout the state as required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required in this role as the candidates will be dealing with State personnel of all levels
- Physical ability to lift 65lbs
