Serving as a direct point of contact to our valued customers, the Outside Sales Member is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, enrolling eligible customers for wireless services, and delivering a seamless service enrollment process. The Outside Sales Member's role is to ensure engagement with customers by utilizing a consultative selling approach with a focus on understanding customer needs. Key Responsibilities of our Outside Sales Member:
- Conducts needs assessments to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring that services are tailored to meet their objectives.
- Identifies opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit customers and drive account growth.
- Establishes and nurtures strong customer relationships, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Resolves customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term client retention.
- Collaborates with internal Outside Sales Member teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Maintains accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Outside Sales Member Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or coursework is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
