Sales Enrollment Representative Job Duties:
- Engage with prospective customers and personalize your approach to build trust and rapport during the enrollment process
- Clearly explain the benefits and features of our client's services and answer any questions or concerns
- Collect and verify customer information and ensure all compliance standards are met during the enrollment process
- Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment process and upsell when appropriate
- Stay up to date on industry trends and pertinent client information
- Collaborate with fellow enrollment representatives on ways to improve the process for future enrollment
Sales Enrollment Representative Preferred Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year working in a client or customer facing role is highly preferred
- The ability to maintain a calm and confident demeanor while interacting with customers
- The ability to think on your feet to answer customer questions or concerns to increase enrollment rates
- Experience in a leadership role preferred, however, training is provided for those looking to gain experience
- A goal oriented mindset and determination to complete a task or project
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
