We are a fast-paced roofing and home exterior company seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier support to both our internal team and our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from customers and log details in the CRM system for prompt and accurate intake.
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams using strong phone and email etiquette.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers through a series of actions (phone, email) to ensure transparency through the closure of issues/orders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate dates/order changes and respond to customer requests for status/change requests of open orders.
- Assist with sales commission calculations and customer scheduling.
- Assist with subcontractor payment calculations.
- Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office products and email skills required, ability to type and use a calculator.
- Time management, and an ability to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and assist with other departments as needed.
- Manage multiple administrative duties including document handling and general office upkeep.
- Support other departments when needed and perform general clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, especially in construction, roofing, or a similar field but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks on time.
- Positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
