At Stellar Senior Living, we seek an Executive Director to lead one of our Skilled communities - Willow Tree Care Center Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Delta, CO. We need someone who thrives on challenges and is committed to exceeding expectations. Your ability to rapidly achieve full occupancy and build a cohesive and dynamic team will be key to your success.

Key Qualifications :

• Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.
• Operational Mastery : Your expertise spans all aspects of Skilled Senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility.
• Strong Relationship Builder : You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community.
• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensed Skilled Administrator required
