In this role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve full occupancy, ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life.
What You'll Do :
- Lead with Vision - Oversee all aspects of community management, upholding Stellar's standards and culture.
- Drive Occupancy - Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents.
- Foster a Positive Culture - Create an environment of care, compassion, and excellence.
- Ensure Operational Success - Manage finances, healthcare services, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
