Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Admin Clerk to join our team! This hands-on role is essential to our company’s success, providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, customer data management, and maintaining accurate records to support the fulfillment of customer orders. This position also involves collaboration with operational departments for filing and data management.
The role is onsite and requires a proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update purchase orders, customer data, and other information in company databases.
- Review and correct data to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Support operational departments with administrative tasks, including filing and data management.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the fulfillment of orders and smooth operational processes.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
- Legally permitted to work in the United States (documentation required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in an office environment, performing administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills preferred).
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools or Google Suite.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical computations with accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with data management software or accounting systems is a plus.
