We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing team with content scheduling, social media engagement, and light QA and reporting. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a key part in keeping campaigns running smoothly for both Stellaractive and our marketing clients.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to sharpen their skills, contribute to real work right away, and grow into greater ownership over time. The role begins at 25 hours per week, with the potential to evolve into a full-time, salaried position based on performance and business needs.
This is a part-time, hourly role, with a mix of remote and in-office attendance. Candidates must currently live in the Portland, Oregon area.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning social and blog content based on brand guidelines and marketing calendars
- Prepare posts with proper links, hashtags, images, and formatting
- Schedule content using Gainapp and Zoho Social across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Review content for consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting
- Edit captions and suggest hashtag updates to improve reach
- Monitor trending topics and recommend real-time content ideas
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely, friendly manner
- Track engagement metrics and highlight top-performing content
- Share engagement trends and insights with the marketing team
- QA and assist in scheduling email campaigns in platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact
- Upload and format blogs and content in WordPress
- Double-check links, visuals, and layouts before launch
- Pull data from social, email, and web platforms for internal use
- Review SEO reports (e.g., Semrush) and flag opportunities to improve content
- Help document and organize performance trends over time
- Join brainstorms and assist with campaign planning
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to stay aligned on deliverables
- Contribute to an organized, smooth-running marketing workflow
Qualifications/Skills

- Experienced: 1–3 years in a digital marketing, content coordination, or social media support role
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re thorough, consistent, and not afraid to dig into the details
- Writing-Savvy: You have excellent grammar and proofreading skills—even if you’re not writing posts right away, you know what makes content clear and clean
- Tool-Friendly: You’re familiar (or comfortable with getting familiar) with content tools like WordPress, social scheduling platforms, and email marketing systems (Zoho, Gainapp, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Marketing & Social Aware: You understand how social, blog, and email content fits into the bigger picture, even if you’re not setting the strategy
- A Team Player: You want to contribute to a team that values creativity, communication, and reliability—and you’re excited to grow over time
