Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.
Role and Responsibilities
Work with Samsung's global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Create program plan, manage schedules, and own end to end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large group of audience
Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
Produce program reports for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.
Skills and Qualifications
4 years in a project / program management role managing software development projects.
Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
Ability to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalating appropriately.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform and Confluence.
Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus.
Expereince working in Smartsheets, Tableau
