About the Role:
As a Brokerage Director, you will be responsible for maximizing results from direct-to-consumer advertising programs, collaborating with life settlement agents to generate life and annuity sales, and working with other agents to drive overall agency sales.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A proven ability to identify, qualify, and close prospective leads.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, advisors, and financial intermediaries.
- A competitive, energetic personality.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and cultivating new clients.
- Consult with financial advisors and build life and annuity sales through the company’s offerings.
- Gain a deep understanding of key broker-dealers and insurance partners, including products, platforms, structures, and initiatives.
