Capital Markets Analyst
Location: Fort Washington, PA (Onsite | 5 Days/Week)
Permanent | Full-Time | In-Office
Salary - $80k - $90k
Stelvio Group is working with a market-leading insurance investment firm to hire a Capital Markets Analyst for their growing team in Fort Washington, PA. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity requiring Monday–Friday onsite attendance.
About the Role
This is a high-exposure position working directly with two Managing Directors based in Fort Washington and London. You'll help develop and manage relationships with institutional investors across debt, equity, and insurance-linked structures in the life settlements market, while also supporting strategic initiatives including M&A transactions and Insurtech development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine transaction summaries, term sheets, and pitch materials using PowerPoint and Word
- Build and manage financial models and analytical outputs in Excel
- Conduct market research and opportunity assessments for new investments
- Liaise with corporate stakeholders and clients via email and phone
- Represent the firm at industry events in the US and internationally
- Maintain and update internal CRM tools (Trello) and generate detailed call reports
- Coordinate projects across internal departments and external partners
- Provide hands-on support for M&A activity, including financial due diligence and modelling
- Prepare and present reporting updates to senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in finance (investment banking, capital markets, or valuation preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of financial modelling techniques and valuation methods (e.g. DCF)
- Familiarity with capital markets operations and financial instruments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in reporting and project follow-up
