What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineer position at Stem IT?
A Virginia based federal technology startup is looking to hire a Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will already have a Public Trust, with a CBP suitability background investigation. You will be responsible for managing deployment of reporting objects across environments, installation and configuration of 3rd party reporting software managed by the Enterprise Reporting Services team - this will be on-prem and cloud based.
This is a mid level position with significant growth potential. You will be on a highly skilled team, in a department that is continuing to expand.

Required Qualifications :
- 4 years as a Systems Engineer
- Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployments, and Continuous Delivery solutions
- Background in Linux / Unix platforms
- Scripting experience in Python / Bash
- Basic SQL / NoSQL querying
- Exposure to AWS cloud
- Public Trust & CBP suitability
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
