What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Stemma Craft Coffee?
Our Seed to Cup- Coffee shop concept is looking for Baristas that are passionate about the coffee industry and have excellent communication skills. Our goal is to provide the ultimate coffee/food experience that demonstrates to our consumers the importance of quality to the highest of standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing drinks by following standardized recipes to meet standards and tastes of our customers. You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to ensure proper drink preparations and service. It is also essential that you can work well in a team. The barista position is crucial, as you will be responsible for preparing our customers’ food in a timely manner. This role works closely with the rest of our team to ensure that the espresso bar runs smoothly. A familiarity with a wide variety of recipes is important for this role, as well as attention to detail. Must have experience.
