Main ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team. This is a hybrid role focused on building strong customer relationships, handling high volumes of calls and emails, and growing sales within a defined geographic territory.
The ideal candidate will work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in-office, rotating with other sales team members.
Benefits- Base salary commission on existing accounts (approx. $60,000 combined)

- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities and present solutions based on customer needs
- Provide quotes, product recommendations, and pricing information
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Track and manage customer accounts using CRM tools
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer feedback
