Compensation:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year on-track earnings (Y1, Y2, Y3) with significant long-term upside. Compensation will be performance dependent and experience dependent.

Position Overview:
The Head of Outbound Sales will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of SDRs and BDRs. This team will focus on generating new business through organic outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods. The goal is to create a scalable, efficient outbound machine that feeds into the Account Executive team, driving growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) from the ground up.
- Design and implement an outbound sales strategy leveraging cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Oversee the team’s daily operations, providing coaching, support, and direction.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure quality appointment setting and lead handoff.
- Manage CRM and sales technology platforms to streamline outreach efforts and track key performance metrics.
- Continuously refine outbound processes to optimize results and increase conversion rates.
- Develop KPIs, track performance, and report regularly on team achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative outbound strategies and tools.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound sales.
- Proven experience building outbound sales teams from scratch.
- Deep expertise in cold calling, cold email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong technology management skills, including CRM and sales automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams, particularly SDRs and BDRs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales management, with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
