As a Principal Site Development Engineer reporting to the VP of Operations, you are a technical expert in developing new and transforming manufacturing facilities. Using your technical expertise, you will be responsible for driving and managing large-scale manufacturing facility initiatives that align with the ST Engineering MRAS goals and objectives that support future growth and manufacturing demands.

What YOU will do :
Drive and deliver on the various activities associated with the following :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for new and / or transforming current manufacturing facilities focusing on operational excellence.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to execute new manufacturing sites that align with top line business objectives.
- Analyze current facilities and manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to drive increased productivity.
- Develop business cases for each project and present to senior leadership for approval. Facilities Cost Models Manufacturing Cost Models
- Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that impede the success of new site initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Provide project status and updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Executives and Senior Management on new strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for developing new and innovative manufacturing facilities and processes.
- Oversee the introduction of new hardware into the manufacturing environment. Cost estimates and ROI of parts to be manufactured Contribute to new production methodologies for composite manufacturing Support business reviews and provide technical insight into part manufacturing.

Estimate salary range for this role : $151,000 to $210,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education / training / certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
