What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at Steneral Consulting?
Role- Desktop Support
Location- Onsite 5 days a week I the 3 NYC locations (all local to 10017)
Duration- : 6 months C2H

Visa- USC, GC
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Microsoft Excel and Outlook, O365 is a big plus
· Experience supporting Android and IOS devices
· Strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills
· Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Responsible for:
Responding to End User support requests
Setting up and supporting end user equipment, laptops, monitors, etc.
Installing or pushing software to systems
Assisting users with online meeting support
Supporting onsite AV infrastructure
Managing asset inventory
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems
Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
