Job Title - Business Operations Specialist

Description -

Develop standard data analysis procedures with automation

Monthly reporting of R&E budget, project financials

Fulfill data analyst role on select Lifecycle projects

Typical Task Breakdown:

• Create process map of existing manual data collection/analysis needs through collaboration with subject matter experts
• Develop data tools to automate collection, analysis and report generation after exhausting opportunities for replication through collaboration with enterprise process partners and peers
  
  

Interaction With Team:

• Daily collaboration with Drivetrain Lifecycle team members
• Weekly engagement with enterprise process partners and SME’s
  
  

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience

Technical Skills

MS O365 applications, including PowerApp development

Experience with DMAIC principles of project execution

Power-BI or Tableau data visualization development

Familiarity and understanding of mechanical drivetrain components
