As a Sr. Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business leaders to create intuitive, data-driven design solutions that resonate with multiple user personas. Your role will focus on producing both UX and visual paradigms to streamline decision-making and maintain consistency across the platform.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Designing and delivering outstanding user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products – initially focused on the Quoting and Ordering experience within our IT Distribution platform, Xvantage, for our Resellers/Customers.
- Using and evolving the company’s Design System.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing) to ensure a cohesive, omnichannel experience.
- Contributing to the development of design practices and organizational culture.
Must Have
- 4 years of SaaS UX/UI product design experience
- Bachelor's degree in design, UX, UI, graphic design, product development, digital marketing, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Lean UX environments.
- Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma.
- Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
- Strong business acumen with well-rounded presentation skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing world-class design work and clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have Experience working on complex B2B SaaS products.
