Position Summary:
The Real Estate Associate will assist in overseeing daily operations of commercial properties, building relationships with tenants, and supporting property maintenance initiatives. This role requires exceptional responsiveness and relationship-building abilities, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors. Success in this position hinges on your ability to foster trust and open communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal team members
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, typically within 24 hours
- Proactively communicate with tenants to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections and tenant check-ins to strengthen relationships
- Prepare and process rental agreements, lease renewals, and related documents
- Support senior property managers with budget preparation and monitoring
- Help coordinate tenant improvements and property renovations
- Participate in marketing vacant spaces
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of responsiveness and follow-through
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Real estate license a plus but not required
