Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding product features and maximizing their usage.
Proactively identify customer pain points and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and product) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Monitor customer accounts, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations as needed.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in developing customer success strategies and best practices.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, technology, or a similar industry is preferred.
Salary : $63,000 - $100,000
