Are you a rockstar Service Advisor looking to move up? We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Service Advisor Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-brand experience and be proficient in using Xtime for service scheduling and customer management. Knowledge of Dealertrack is highly preferred. This role is critical in equipping service advisors with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver top notch customer service and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to multi-brand dealership needs.
- Incorporate the use of Xtime and Dealertrack into service processes and training modules.
- Service Advisor Development:
- Provide hands-on training to service advisors on customer interaction, vehicle service processes, and upselling techniques.
- Foster a customer-first approach while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Technology Integration:
- Train service advisors on efficiently using Xtime for appointment scheduling, repair orders, and customer follow-ups.
- Offer guidance on leveraging Dealertrack for seamless integration of service workflows (if applicable).
- Performance Monitoring:
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Conduct regular assessments of service advisors’ performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Industry Compliance:
- Ensure all training programs align with industry standards and brand-specific requirements.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from trainees and management to continuously improve training content and delivery.
