Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including medication administration, personal care, and daily living support for clients with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of clients.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to client care.
• Support clients with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized care plans.
• Perform catheter care and other specialized health-related tasks as required.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions or behaviors to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes independence and dignity for clients.
