Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling patients
- Patient recalls
- Checking in and out patients, and collecting payment
- Medical billing (will train)
- Assist chiropractor with patient care (will train)
- Manage front desk and lobby area
- Manage patient flow
- Put together patient files
- Promote the office and chiropractic
- Explain basic chiropractic and health philosophy to current and potential patients (will train)
- Keep office stats (will train)
- Purchase office supplies
- Mandatory seminars and trainings. 1x/year. Off island. All expenses paid.
Requirements:
- Great penmanship
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
