The Corporate Accounts Payable Manager position is a “roll up your sleeves” leadership role that will manage the Corporate Accounts Payable team by providing strategic guidance to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions. This position will focus on streamlining overall accounts payable operations, strengthening internal controls, adhering to company policies and procedures and in compliance with government regulations and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead as a subject matter expert in accounts payable operations and fraud prevention, advise leadership on best practices, oversee workflows, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvements through system enhancements and automation
- Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including but not limited to invoice processing, payment disbursements, vendor master data management, expense reimbursements, and related accounting responsibilities, while ensuring compliance with the government regulations and reporting
- Foster a collaborative, customer service-driven approach, building strong relationships with internal departments and vendors
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate Accounts Payable team
- Lead and support Company sponsored projects
- Seven years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable
- Three years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Dynamic leader who can roll up their sleeves and drive the Corporate Accounts Payable team to success
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation in Accounts Payable
- Experience at a large global publicly traded manufacturing organization
- Assertive, action-oriented with critical attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and Concur
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary : $101,000 - $145,000
