ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive Workday support including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities for process improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Assist in gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing and successful implementation of system enhancements and improvements while following proper change management processes and procedures.
- Become a domain expert and the go-to resource for one or more Workday functional areas.
- Assist with project management ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Provide support during Workday upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing configuration.
- Assist with administering robust security protocols to safeguard financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with building and troubleshooting financial reports.
- Assist with developing and maintaining process and system configuration documentation.
- Assist with other Financial Systems as needed
- Perform other related duties as required by supervisor
