Internship - Law Clerk (Summer 2025)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with attorneys in the Legal department on a variety of projects, getting to see first-hand what it is like to work in-house for a highly regulated company.
  • Conduct research and draft memoranda of law, revise contracts, review and advise on new regulations, and attend Legal department meetings.
  • Assist with litigation proceedings, such as drafting pleadings or prepare for hearings.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Current 1st or 2nd year law student
  • Transcript (unofficial copy accepted)
