DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
Our Debt Capital Markets bankers work with clients to determine the best approach to optimize their capital structure and achieve their goals. Our structuring and advisory expertise encompasses a broad range of products including (but not limited to) : SPV / corporate revolving warehouse and term facilities, asset portfolio sales, forward flow programs, rated asset-backed securities, private placements, subordinated debt, preferred / structured equity,. Through our competitive processes, we leverage our proprietary relationships across the debt capital markets to identify potential financing solutions and drive toward the best terms available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Associates leverage their knowledge and experience to work with and mentor analysts, and continually develop their expertise within structuring, negotiating and executing to deliver top quality work product to the team and clients.
