Our Transportation & Logistics team possesses exceptional advisory and execution capabilities in buy-side and sell-side M&A, public and private capital raises, as well as strategic alternatives for transportation and logistics companies. Our senior bankers have specialized expertise and deep knowledge of the factors affecting businesses in logistics services, transportation services, transportation equipment and transportation infrastructure. Our bankers have been serving the space for more than two decades.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Vice President at Stephens, you have significant responsibility in supporting senior bankers with business development, relationship maintenance and transaction execution, as you continually develop expertise within Transportation & Logistics. Key tasks include:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Vice President at Stephens, you have significant responsibility in supporting senior bankers with business development, relationship maintenance and transaction execution, as you continually develop expertise within Transportation & Logistics. Key tasks include:
- Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
- Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for Associates and Analysts.
- Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- 5 years of investment banking experience or an MBA 3 years of investment banking experience
- Strong M&A experience required with a strong preference to some in the Transportation & Logistics space.
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
