What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Stephenville Rents?
We are looking for capable and self motivated Assistant Property Manager to present and lease properties to prospective residents. The goal is scout potential residents, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
· Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
· Follow up on leads for potential tenants
· Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
· Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
· Provide information on all aspects of the properties
· Answer the phones, schedule tours and assist property manager with other duties.
Skills
· Customer service orientation
· Microsoft Office familiarity
· Excellent communication both verbally and in writing
· Marketing skills, participate in marketing videos & meetings
· Self-Motivated and personable
· Team Player
· Proven working experience as an assistant property manager (not required but preferred)
Requirements:
-Must be able to work full time (M-F)
-Must be willing to work occasional weekends
-Live within the Stephenville area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
