About the Role:
As the Program Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of our programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our participants and align with our mission.
Operational Excellence:
- Program Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring they adhere to Stepping Stone’s standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate clear, proactive communication among team members, participants, and external stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor program performance through regular reviews, implementing improvements to enhance service quality and participant outcomes.
Team and Participant Support:
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Program Director and other team members to support the successful execution of our services.
- Participant Engagement: Manage a caseload of participants, coordinating their service plans and acting as a key contact for their care teams.
- Crisis Management: Provide intervention, support, and training for complex situations that arise including medical emergencies, complex behaviors, and general conflict resolution.
- Staff Development: Assist in training and mentoring staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Community Integration: Support efforts to engage with the community, building partnerships that enhance our programs and expand our impact.
Expected Outcomes:
Within 15 Days:
- Gain a deep understanding of our operational framework.
- Build strong initial connections with department heads to foster collaboration.
Within 30 Days:
- Begin implementing incremental improvements in existing programs.
- Set and drive measurable short-term goals for your team, focused on enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness.
Within 45 Days:
- Unveil a strategic roadmap for the upcoming quarter.
- Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential impact, emphasizing community outreach and service quality.
Need to Have:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or like field and at least 1 year experience in Human Services.
- Certifications in CPR/AED, First Aid, & QMAP (we’ll provide if needed).
- Experience with at-risk populations (disabled, elderly, children).
- CO Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a CAPS and criminal background check.
- Strong technology skills.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience managing a team.
Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site.
- Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Half Day Fridays! 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Occasional WFH opportunities.
Rate:
- $20.50 - $22.25/hr.
