What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Assistant Director (BCBA) position at Stepping Stones Behavioral Solutions LLC?
We are looking for a Clinical Assistant Director at SSBS with a minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience. You will work along side the state director, other clinical assistant directors, and our current BCBAs with years of experience leading a team of employees at the assigned locations to oversee. Clincial assistant directors oversee client programs, RBT work ethics and satifactory, behavior intervention plans, conduct parent training, assess and reassess future and current clients, write reports for authorizations for services, and collaborates with other Directors within our company.

We are located in Indianapolis and have a beautiful facility and playground. This facility is located just north of downtown Indianapolis.
We believe in play-based ABA therapy, where a child can learn without even realizing they’re learning! This is coupled with a 360 degree approach of teaching the same skills that the Behavior Analyst teaches their RBTs, to parents and teachers. Essentially, ABA never stops once child begins their journey at SSBS.
