Van Driver
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Van Driver to join our team. The Van Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to their destinations in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-oriented approach.
Duties:
- Safely operate and drive the company van in compliance with all traffic rules and regulations
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the van as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and general maintenance of the van
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher or supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and routes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy items if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
