Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)/APRN to deliver comprehensive psychiatric services to adults of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to practice autonomously while enjoying the support of and mentoring by two experienced board certified psychiatrists. New graduates are welcome to apply, contingent on Board Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.

· Implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

· Participate in the management of ketamine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services

· Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

· Provide patient education on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

· Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

· Active licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APRN) in Massachusetts.

· Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) preferred but not required.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
