Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Provide counseling services to pediatric clients and address their unique behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate case management by coordinating with other healthcare professionals and support services.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Address gender issues counseling as part of a holistic approach to client care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance counseling skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
