What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential House Monitor position at Steps of Recovery?
We have evening residential house monitor positions in our Substance Use Disorder Residential facility watching over the Residential building/clients and its cameras and residents for second shifts, to include some weekend hours. This is a calm, respectful facility with generally well - mannered adult clients of both genders who are in recovery. Veteran status is a bonus. We have various onsite resources available - a commercial kitchen, recreational facilities and a computer lab. There have been no violent behaviors to date of any residents in the facility since its opening in July 2022. The building has both sprinkler and security systems. This is a position which requires the employee to be mature, awake and observant at all times, and we have recorded video cameras throughout the common space interior and the exterior of the facility, all captured on one monitor for viewing/monitoring.
