Bagging Machine Operator (Day Shift 6:00am to 3:00pm)
About Us
Sterimed is an international group specialized in the packaging of medical devices. The company offers packaging solutions based on cellulose (paper), allowing the sterilization and maintenance of single-use (syringes, catheters) or reusable (operating room equipment) medical devices.
Summary of position
The packaging associate is responsible for the safe operation of all packaging line machinery, while following all safety and quality standards established in STERIMED’s SOPs and work instructions.
Responsible for product assembly and record keeping of assembled product.
Your Responsibilities
You will be able to perform all packaging line positions as needed.
Run machinery based upon scheduled work orders, maximizing production capacity while working effectively, efficiently and safely. Must be willing to be cross trained in other production positions.
Must be able to work first shift, overtime and weekends as required.
If an offer is made, applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
This position reports to 1stShift Production Supervisor & Production Engineering Manager

Your qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Practical knowledge and manufacturing experience at least 1 year
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus
- Able to lift 25 lbs

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
