Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for Customers, offering insightful, expedient problem-solving.
• Maintain strong communication channels with Customers about schedules and equipment status.
• Perform all sanitization tasks, from chemical handling to equipment diagnostics.
• Work with the team to strategize effective service routes and maintain operational standards.
• Utilize provided technology for documentation and communication purposes.
• Manage your equipment and vehicle effectively.

What We Look For

• High School Diploma or GED, complemented by relevant technical experience
• An Associate degree or military experience can substitute for some employment requirements
• Driving license and readiness for extensive travel
• Basic IT skills for report generation and communication
• Exemplary problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the capability to work autonomously
