As a cornerstone of our team, your responsibilities include:

• Executing safe and precise product handling as per FDA, ISO, and GMP standards.
• Utilizing material handling tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks skillfully.
• Managing product loading/unloading using manual and automated methods.
• Ensuring sterilization precision with placement of monitoring tools.
• Adhering to all safety protocols, including personal protective equipment usage, annually.
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs.
• Necessary grooming for safety compliance.
• Forklift operational experience.
• Strong literacy and communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Certification in forklift operation.
• Experience with yard truck usage.
• Knowledge of 5S and LEAN practices.
• Familiarity with computer systems.
• Proven interpersonal proficiency.
• Normative hearing capabilities for safety alerts.
• Analytical and organizational aptitude and proficient in basic math.
