Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. As a BDC Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and other communication channels, ensuring seamless interactions and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling sales inquiries, following up on leads, addressing customer needs, and supporting our sales and service teams in fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond to incoming leads from multiple sources (phone, email, text, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Communication: Qualify, schedule, and follow up with sales prospects to support the sales team in meeting their goals.
- Customer Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers post-sale and after service visits to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Service Support: Coordinate with the service department to manage service appointments, reminders, and inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book and confirm appointments for both sales and service customers, ensuring smooth scheduling and high attendance rates.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information, communications, and sales/service details into the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure clear communication and a unified approach to customer care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, automotive sales, or a BDC environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
