Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteousmanner
- Assist with showcasing vehicles to customers
- Address basic inquiries regarding vehicle features, specifications, and availability
- Transport vehicles to and from various locations and ensure they are fueled and presentable
- Assist in preparing and organizing sales paperwork and related documentation
- Provide status updates to the Fleet Sales Representative on pending tasks and customer requests
- Organize and maintain the fleet vehicle lot to ensure a professional and appealing presentation
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Fleet Sales Representativeto support sales and operations
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive work ethic
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicle makes and models safely
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or related fields is a plus
