Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our concrete cutting and GPR services. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction sales, a strong understanding of concrete cutting and scanning technologies, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, project managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Product & Service Promotion: Educate clients on the benefits of our concrete cutting and GPR services, providing solutions tailored to their project needs.
- Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate pricing to secure new business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and field teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience in construction, concrete cutting, or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of concrete cutting techniques, GPR scanning, and construction processes.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and estimating tools.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to client sites and meetings.
