Nurse Practitioner

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking Nurse Practitioner to work at facility in Sterling, Colorado. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $120 / hour *W2

Pay Rate: $148 / hour *1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule Details:

• 4 days - 10 hours shifts

Job Duties:

• That can provide gender affirming care (hormones), have full RXN authorization, and can prescribe MAT medications.
• Help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations.
• May work in both inpatient and outpatient situations
• Perform independently or as part of a treatment team
• Perform task of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments
• May conduct physicals, order tests and serve as a patient's primary healthcare provider

Requirements:

• Applicant must have one (1) year of work experience as a NP.
• Applicant must possess a valid, active license or recognition from the State of Colorado as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Applicant must have full prescriptive authority (RXN) as issued by the State of Colorado (DORA)
• DEA Certification
• CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
